You must have heard about the Harry Potter series of books. I will be in shcok if you did not. Author JJ.K. Rowling has written six books so far, and intends to end the book series with the seventh title, which is already out at the bookstore.  Each of the first six books has been a great success, and four of the six have already been turned into equally successful movie.There have been talks of more movies on this.
